The project required the supply and installation of electrical services encompassing Sub station, Main Switchboard and Distribution Boards, Standby Generator, Light, Lighting Control, Power, Communications, and MATV.
The projects consisted of two new buildings. The Stage 2 “Innovation Centre” project consisted of new Offices, Research rooms, and Function rooms with a major Atrium splitting the building into two structures through an inviting open space. The facility included a complex communications system with several communications rooms per floor.
The Stage 3 “LSR Manufacturing” project included the expansion of the existing hygienic manufacturing facilities including production moulding facilities and storage warehousing.
